The GE Foam, CO2 Canister (REF 2105489-001) is a foam dust filter designed for use inside the reusable GE CO2 absorber canister (1407-7004-000) on GE anesthesia workstations. Supplied in a pack of 40 teardrop-shaped white foam pads, each pad is placed at the top and bottom of the absorbent bed to distribute gas flow and trap soda lime dust and particles, helping protect the anesthesia breathing circuit from contamination. During routine anesthesia delivery, these pads support even gas distribution through the absorbent bed and help maintain a clean breathing system.
